Clarence Hollow is a wonderful place to tour and explore and is easily accessible from both Buffalo and Rochester. Whether you come for an hour, a day, or a week, you will enjoy the historic charm of the hamlet.
It’s not surprising that Clarence Hollow, located about 12 miles east of Buffalo is called the “Antiques Capital of Western New York”. The hamlet, which is in the oldest township in Erie County, has managed to maintain more than artifacts from the past. Many of its historic buildings have been preserved as well.
The town of Clarence, when it was established in 1808, included the entire northern portion of the county including the city of Buffalo.
